Biesse CNC Router

Our Biesse CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Router is designed to carve out complex shapes from the varied types of plastic materials that we hold in stock. Using a rotary tool, similar to a drill bit, the on-board computer software controls the tool arm producing an item from a pre-determined design.

Routing this way is far quicker and more accurate than by hand and it can reproduce identical results time and time again, eliminating human error from the manufacturing process and allowing items to be bulk produced, always to the same design and standard expected by the customer. Various types of cutting and routing tools can be attached to create various desired outcomes.

The main advantage of this machine is costs are kept low and turnaround times are kept high, dramatically improving the output and delivery times of finished products to our customers.
