At ASH Plastics Ltd we offer a range of finishing techniques to give your retail displays and POS visual appeal that is genuinely pleasing to the eye. As well as that we can also use UV digital printing to create fully branded components that are complimented by the workmanship we do.
Diamond Polishing: Our automated diamond polisher delivers high quality finishes using a diamond tipped polishing disc.
Mop Polishing: Our automated mop polishing equipment delivers a similar high-quality finish as diamond polishing and can be used to complete an already polished product to give it the perfect finish.
Flame Polishing: A highly directional, extremely hot flame is applied to the surface of a plastic object to produce a polished finish. As the surface is briefly melted surface tension smooths out any imperfections.
At A.S.H. Plastics we utilise many manufacturing techniques. Together with polishing we also do; laser cutting, drape forming, dome blowing, line bending and bonding.
