Component trays uses
Whether we’re working for clients in the retail sector or those involved in defence and automotive engineering, we always deliver exactly what the client needs, in line with the tightest deadlines and for the fairest possible price.
Component trays can play a part in a wide range of different industries – from storing components for use in a factory to housing items in a warehouse or on a production line – and the details of each component tray will differ from case to case. In some cases, the size and depth of the component tray, and the number of separate compartments within that tray, might match standard designs and can be manufactured on request. In other cases, however, the precise nature of the components to be stored might call for a bespoke arrangement of compartments within a component tray designed by scratch.
Fully detailed designs
If a bespoke tray is needed we can take the details of the brief and use those details to create a fully detailed design using Solidworks CAD / CAM software.
This design can then be passed to our manufacturing division, where a wide range of techniques – from Vacuum forming and CNC Trimming will be used to create the finished item.
Our 20,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with state of the art technology and our experienced team of technicians and engineers can produce high quality component trays at speed and in bulk without cutting corners or dropping standards.
Efficient end-to-end process to meet tight deadlines
Once the component trays in question have been manufactured we can guarantee delivery on time across multiple locations thanks to our 10,000 sq. ft. warehousing facility and an experienced logistics division.
When needed, we can also call upon our global networking of manufacturing partners to access wider economies of scale and make use of the latest and most economical materials.
