Machining

Machining is one of the most important parts of our business and services we offer. It combines various methods such as CNC machining, acrylic cutting, milling and shaping and laser cutting and profiling.

  • Milling: A rotating cutting tool is used to bring cutting edges against the plastic material
  • Drilling: A rotating cutter creates or refines a hole in the plastic sheet
  • Boring: Enlarges or finishes an existing hole in the plastic
  • Reaming: Smooths an existing hole in the plastic material
  • Sawing: Cuts through the workpiece
  • Shaping: Cuts shapes inside industrial parts, such as grooves, slots, squares, hexagons, and straight flutes
  • Laser cutting: Uses highly focused laser beams to precisely cut material
