Product Prototyping

At ASH Plastics Ltd we offer you a complete design service designed to take the strain off your own time and resources. As part of our design process, we can support you from your initial idea through to prototype production. We can offer a wide range of solutions from off the shelf or standard product designs to more elaborate and bespoke solutions that are in line with your overall vision or company branding.

A prototype of your product can serve a number of purposes. In the first instance it can demonstrate your proof-of-concept and see whether ideas which look good on paper, actually do work in practise once physically brought to life.

Additionally, it can be used to identify any minor flaws in the design, or to investigate whether any aspect could be improved to increase the efficiency of the final design, or to increase the speed and simplicity with which it could be manufactured in the future.

Our prototype service begins with a complete engineering design drawn by our experienced CAD designers. This is then used to manufacture the first physical example of your initial idea. Changes can be made at any stage of the process so that we can be sure that you are 100% happy with the end product. Once you’re happy we would proceed with full production, maintaining the quality and speed to ensure on time delivery to you.
